Peaceful countries have the several advantages. These includes stability and security, which are a big plus to tourism. Then there is quality of life, which can be brought about public safety and the availability of essential services such as an efficient public transportation. The people of these countries are generally prosperous and as such are free to innovate without having to worry of their safety, which also leads now to technological advancement.

The Å kocjan Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is another remarkable natural wonder.

Scenic Landscapes. Just like the other European countries, Switzerland is famous for breathtaking scenery. Particularly the Swiss alps, which is known also for world-class skiing and mountaineering opportunities. Hiking is also an option if you want to take it slow and appreciate the splendor more.
