Lisa Vanderpump reacted to her former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills costar Dorit Kemsley’s divorce from Paul “PK” Kemsley.
“I actually knew that they, kind of, pretty much separated. I don’t think they were being that honest on the show because we have mutual friends,” Vanderpump, 64, said on the Thursday, May 1, episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen. “We have mutual friends, and I think he was living in a hotel.”
Dorit, 48, and PK, 57, announced their separation in 2024, though she mentioned on RHOBH season 14 earlier this year that they still hadn’t informed their two children: son Jagger, 11, and daughter Phoenix, 9. Dorit ultimately filed for divorce after 10 years of marriage on April 25, citing irreconcilable differences as the cause.

“For her saying he’s a bad father, that’s not OK with me,” the Vanderpump Villa star said on Thursday. “He’s a good guy.”
When asked whether she’s still in touch with PK, Vanderpump succinctly said “no” — also denying that the real estate developer sends her memes.
“Wasn’t that Kyle [Richards]?” she asked, jokingly adding, “They’re very loyal friends, and isn’t it Kyle and Dorit that don’t talk anymore?”
Kyle, 56, and Dorit, one-time best friends, drifted apart last year while navigating their respective splits. (Kyle and husband Mauricio Umansky went their separate ways in 2023.) During season 14 of RHOBH, Dorit was annoyed that Kyle appeared to take PK’s side in the breakup since they seemed to be texting regularly. Kyle, however, continually stressed that PK would only send her funny memes on occasion.

“We, kind of, mended a little bit at the reunion,” Cohen, 56, told Vanderpump on Thursday, giving her a relationship update on her former costars.
When the RHOBH season 14 reunion aired last month, Dorit revealed where she stands with PK.
“As of a week ago, I’ve chosen not to have much of a relationship with him,” Dorit said during the tell-all, which was taped before she officially filed for divorce. “I said, ‘The way you’re making me feel in this moment, I don’t think I can have a relationship with you, even a friendship.’ That was less than a week ago, and I stand by it.”
PK declined an invitation to the reunion, instead sending a statement that refuted Dorit’s claims about his parenting abilities. He was later spotted kissing The Amazing Race alum Shana Wall in Beverly Hills. A source exclusively told Us Weekly that the PDA-filled outing was Dorit’s “last straw” before filing to end their marriage.

“They’ve got young children, that just changes everything,” she told Us. “To be honest, I haven’t watched the show, so I don’t really know what’s happening. I just know he was very upset by things that she’s said about him. He’s always seemed like a nice, nice man, and that loves my children to me, but I don’t know.”
