As she took the stage, Cyrus commanded attention in a nude design featuring sequins all over. The lights hit Cyrus and exposed her nipples, as well as her bum. The rest of the dress was equipped with a thigh-high slit, a flowy skirt that blew in the wind, a plunging neckline and a ruffled top.
She teamed the look with nothing but a nude thong and clear heels.
