Travis Kelce Has Hilarious Reaction to Fan’s Taylor Swift-Inspired Username

Taylor Swift’s fans continue to surprise Travis Kelce with their Swiftie-inspired social media usernames.

The NFL star, 35, had a short but hilarious response to reading one fan’s unique username during the “No Dumb Questions” segment on his and Jason Kelce’s “New Heights” podcast. “Our no dumb question is from Christie,” he said during the Wednesday, April 16, episode, before noting that their username was “Tay’s servant.”

A stunned Travis gave a one-word response, simply stating, “OK.” He went on to read the fan’s question, which asked, “If you had to swap lives with one of your podcast guests for 48 hours, who would you pick and what would you do?”

Travis would love to step into LeBron James’ shoes for a day. “I’ve always wanted to play in the NBA. [It’s] a dream that I’ve always had as a kid, and I would love to know what that dream actually feels like,” he told listeners. “And to be able to jump as high as he can and slam the ball in the basketball hoop as hard as he can, I would also love to know what that feels like, as well.”

Jason, meanwhile, said he’d love to channel some of Hollywood’s comedy stars, such as Adam Sandler, Will Ferrell, Ben Stiller and Jason Sudeikis. “[I’d] also like [to] think, like, to have that kind of mind, would be fun to think about for 48 hours,” he said before adding, “If [I had to be] anybody in the prime, though, I’m going Arnold [Schwarzenegger].”

Wednesday’s podcast was not the first time Travis has reacted to Swiftie’s creative usernames. During a March 2024 episode, Travis and Jason, 37, both struggled to pronounce the username @corneliastgirly, which is a nod to Swift’s song “Cornelia Street.”

The brothers, meanwhile, didn’t catch that another fan’s username was a reference to another of Swift’s songs during a September 2024 podcast episode. Taking a question from a user called “Emma Fell in Love,” Jason asked, “Is that a lyric or something? Do we know?” At the time, Travis shook his head no, implying he didn’t know the name was a nod to the track “When Emma Falls in Love.”

Despite not being an expert in Swift’s entire discography (“When Emma Falls In Love” is a Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) vault track, a.k.a. a deep cut for some!), Travis has been one of her biggest supporters since they began dating in 2023. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end attended several of her Eras Tour shows, while Swift, 35, cheered him on at many of his NFL games, including Super Bowl LIX in February.

With the Eras Tour and the latest football season officially over, the couple have been enjoying some well-deserved time off. “Taylor and Travis are taking it easy right now. They’ve been laying low in Kansas City,” a source exclusively told Us Weekly last month.

In March, the pair were spotted enjoying an outing in Park City, Utah, and back-to-back date nights in New York City. “They’ve been traveling, spending precious time together and letting the rest of the world go for a bit,” a second insider added.

Another source shared similar comments in an Us cover story earlier this month, explaining that Travis and Swift “needed time for themselves” after a jam-packed 2024. “Taylor and Travis are doing great, and they’re still very much together and in love. They’re just taking a break from the public eye,” they stated.
