Justin Rose has had his wife, Kate Rose, by his side through the years.
Justin and Kate first crossed paths in 2000 when she was working at sports and culture company IMG, where he was represented. The pair tied the knot six years later and welcomed son Leo and daughter Charlotte in 2009 and 2012, respectively.
While at the 2025 Masters in Augusta, Georgia, Kate showed her support for Justin — and winner Rory McIlroy. As McIlroy walked off the green, he gave a lengthy hug to Kate. The embrace, which lasted for 13 seconds, went viral with Kate telling McIlory she was “really happy” for him.
From our partners:
Justin, for his part, congratulated McIlroy via social media. “I gave it everything….,” Justin wrote via X at the time. “Congratulations @McIlroyRory on winning the @TheMasters and completing the Grand Slam.. very cool sharing the green with you in that moment… Thank you Team as always for all the support during the week… We go again
.”

They have also partnered with BookTrust to provide books to children of low-income families.
“It’s why she gets top billing. She’s got a heart of gold,” Justin said of Kate in a January 2025 interview for Golf Digest. “She got involved right away with the PGA Tour Wives’ Association, got engaged with Blessings in a Backpack through cities we visited, and then we took that to heart to help in our adopted city.”
