Khloé Kardashian is embracing her new era with the help of her podcast, “Khloé in Wonder Land.”
“With me being 40, I really wanted to do things that I had been thinking about doing, but was sort of too — either just my confidence was shot, or I just was too scared to try them,” Kardashian, 40, exclusively told Us Weekly while promoting her “Khloé in Wonder Land” podcast. “I was like, ‘You know what? Screw this.’ I’m gonna push myself, and I’m proud that I’ve done it. I’m doing it and I feel good about it. I found my rhythm.”
She continued, “I feel like with my podcast, I’m interviewing people that genuinely interest me and excite me, right? And I’m all over the place, like I go from Mel Robbins to Dr. Steven Greer, who’s a ufologist. I’m all over the place, but that’s how my brain operates and I am having a lot of fun with it. I have so many curiosities and fascinations, and I get to really dive into those by hosting this podcast.”
From our partners:
Kardashian, whose podcast drops weekly, gushed that her 40s are “so perfect” — but do come with one drawback.
Khloe Kardashian’s Candid Quotes About Finding Love After Tristan Scandal
“The only negative thing I would say is that you definitely feel like your body gives out a little bit more. I am like ‘Oh, my back hurts,’ like things I’ve never said before that I’m like, ‘Wow, OK,’” she told Us. “Other than that, everything is so perfect. I feel I’m just in a really great place in my life right now and I’m thrilled about it.”
As Kardashian ushers in her 40s, she shared that she’s gone through “a lot of therapy” and “self-reflection” when it comes to her dating life. (Kardashian shares daughter True, 6, and son Tatum, 2, with ex Tristan Thompson. The exes dated on and off from 2016 to 2021.)

“Like, ‘Why do I keep picking these people?’” she told Us of her reflecting on her dating history. “And now I feel like I’m really strong, and I pray I can identify certain red flags or certain things that I don’t want to receive anymore. And I think you’re going to have to be really special to either disrupt my current lifestyle, my schedule and how I prioritize my time, and just to even make me feel those butterflies. I think I’m pretty guarded right now, so it will have to be a special, persistent person.”
“Khloé in Wonder Land” drops on Thursdays.
