Lady Gaga knows how to turn heads in show-stopping looks.
Whether the “Shallow” singer — whose real name is Stefani Germanotta — is rocking a a meat dress or a massive couture ball gown, fans can count on her to deliver drama with her bold take on style.
The A Star Is Born actress has proven time and time again that she likes to push the boundaries when it comes to her ensembles, which range from elegant and chic to wild and crazy.
From our partners:
One of Gaga’s most iconic looks was the meat dress she wore to the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards. The frock consisted of 50 pounds of raw rib and steak. The “Born This Way” singer wore it in protest of the U.S. military discriminating against gay men and women from serving in the army. For the soirée, the “Poker Face” artist paired the fleshy frock with lavender-and-blue hair, diamond jewelry, fishnets and meat boots.
More recently, the multihypehnate brought the heat to the SNL50: The Anniversary Special in New York City. For the soirée, she looked chic in a charcoal Willy Chavarria dress featuring a one-shoulder neckline and a fitted skirt. She topped off her ensemble with black leather gloves as she posed with fiancé Michael Polansky.
