Nikki Glaser Gets Real About Wanting a ‘Subtle’ Facelift in 2026

Nikki Glaser is not shy about her desire to get a facelift.

Glaser, 40, joked about going under the knife while appearing on a Monday, March 24, episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

After walking on the stage, Fallon, 50, complimented Glaser, telling her she looked great. “Wait until the facelift,” she cheekily replied. “That’s coming. August 2026,” she continued. “I’m gonna do it. I have no problem with that.”

The comedian added that she would make the procedure look “subtle,” so that she could pass it off as “meditation that removes your eyelid skin.” She added: “That’s what they say,” referencing celebrities who deny altering their appearance. “‘I’m drinking more water. I’m just working on my gut health, so my brow has been lowered two inches.’”

She didn’t mince words when discussing the idea of plastic surgery and how it’s perceived in Hollywood, in particular. “There’s kind of a stigma around getting face work or investing in your beauty and doing all these procedures. And there is maybe a little bit of a sadness to it, but I kind of also am like, ‘Well, it makes my life better.’” She continued: “People treat you better when you’re hotter. It’s just a fact. It’s a sad fact of life.”

Glaser isn’t the only star who has been real about wanting work done in her 40s. Paige DeSorbo exclusively told Us Weekly she’s planning to get a facelift when she feels ready, too.

“I feel like now that I’m 32, and I haven’t gotten Botox or fillers, catch me at 40 with just a mini facelift,” DeSorbo told Us in November 2024. “I’m gonna do nothing until I just do a facelift,” the Summer House star explained.

Kris Jenner, Jane Fonda, Sharon Osbourne and more have also been open about having the procedure. Celebrities are doing their part by stopping the gatekeeping to reduce the stigma in Tinseltown and beyond.
