The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is getting even bigger.
A little more than a week after costar Jennifer Affleck shared she is expecting her third baby with husband Zac Affleck, Mikayla Matthews announced she is also expecting.
On Thursday, February 20, Mikayla revealed that she and her husband, Jace Terry, are expecting their fourth baby.

Alongside photos of their current family of five, Mikayla was seen holding several sonogram images while cradling her growing baby bump.
“Thought I’d finally announce the next step on my healing journey,” Mikayla, 24, wrote via Instagram. “Can’t wait to love on this baby.”
Mikayla was referring to her battle with an unknown chronic illness she says was spurred on by her breast implants.
Alongside a video showing her struggle with the chronic illness, Mikayla celebrated being one year free of her implants on January 29.
“I put it off for a long time (even though I only had them in for 10 months),” Mikayla said of her decision to remove her implants, “but it was the best decision I made for my own PERSONAL health.”
“Removing them was the beginning of getting my health back and clearing infection out of my body,” the soon-to-be mom of four wrote. “Still a long way ahead of me but I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel!”
In a statement shared with People, Mikayla called her pregnancy a surprise — a surprise she captured on camera.
“It was definitely a surprise! We were not planning or trying,” she told the publication. Currently, Mikayla and Jace share Tommie, 3, Haven, 5, and Beckham, 7.
“I miss my period a lot with my health issues, so for me it’s normal to sometimes be off track. Then a month and a half went by and I was telling my friends, like, ‘Maybe I should take a test.’”
Mikayla admitted she wasn’t experiencing any of the pregnancy symptoms she experienced with her first three children, “which made me think I wasn’t pregnant, because I usually get symptoms very early, like two or three weeks in. Then I take the test and it was instantly positive,” she told People.
‘The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ Renewed for Season 2
Although excited about growing their family, Mikayla admitted both she and Jace, 30, are nervous about expecting while she still deals with health issues.
“With my health stuff, I didn’t think I could get pregnant right now. My husband was with me when I took the test. He never really has much of a reaction to anything, but we were both pretty in shock,” she told People. “Then it set in and we got really excited. We’re definitely excited, nervous about my health and possibly passing anything on, but excited.”

Despite being “so exhausted” and “meaner,” she called it a “blessing” not dealing with pregnancy symptoms on top over everything else she is enduring.
“I think I would die if I had to be so sick on top of my other health stuff and also filming the show,” Mikayla said, adding that it’s “motivated” her to take even better care of her body “because I’m like, ‘I want this baby to be as healthy as possible. I want me to be as healthy as possible.’”
“People tell me, ‘Maybe this baby’s gonna heal you,’” she shared with People. “My fingers are crossed.”
