Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco just took the next step in their relationship.
Us Weekly can confirm that the couple recently purchased a $35 million home together in Beverly Hills, California. Their future, rather large home includes seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, along with a pool and an adjoining guest house.
News of the pair’s home purchase comes two months after Gomez, 32, announced via Instagram that she and the music producer, 36, got engaged after more than one year of dating. “Forever begins now,” she captioned the Instagram post, featuring several snaps of herself flashing her engagement ring and cuddling up with her fiancé.

The two collaborated on multiple music projects over the years before sparking dating rumors in 2023. Gomez confirmed the pair’s relationship that December, revealing in a social media comment that she and Blanco had been dating for “six months.”

Gomez continued to gush over her marquise-shaped diamond engagement ring in a December 2024 Instagram Story post, writing, “Sorry last post … I’ve just dreamed of this moment my whole life.” At the time, Jared Jewelers expert and VP of Merchandising Ann Grimmett told Us that the ring is estimated to be six carats and worth $225,000.
Grimmett also noted that the dazzler was “rare, given less than five percent of diamonds are marquise.”
Building a home together isn’t the only project Gomez and Blanco have been working on. Earlier this month, Gomez announced that she and Blanco teamed up again for her brand-new album, I Said I Love You First, which will be released on March 21. The album’s debut single, “Scared of Loving You,” features a subtle nod to Gomez’s romantic history.

“If I broke your heart / Would you take me back? / If I broke my arm / Would you sign my cast?,” she sings in the song’s first verse. “When I was young / I would love too fast / Hope I don’t repeat my past.”
Before Blanco, Gomez had been romantically linked to stars such as Nick Jonas, Zedd, The Weeknd and Drew Taggart. Her most famous relationship was her on-again, off-again romance with Justin Bieber, which lasted from 2011 to 2018.
Ahead of moving in with Gomez and saying “I do,” Blanco revealed that he knew their relationship was meant to last from the very beginning. “The second we started hanging out, I was like, ‘This is my wife,’” he shared in a joint interview with Gomez for Interview magazine earlier this month. “I was telling my mom, ‘This is the girl I’m going to marry.’”
He recently surprised his fiancée with an unconventional Valentine’s Day gift, foregoing flowers or chocolates in favor of an entire bathtub filled to the brim with queso. As a cherry on top, he wrote “I [heart] you” on the floor with tortilla chips before placing a bowl of chips next to the tub for dipping.
“When your fiancé[e] isnt much of a flowers girl,” he jokingly captioned a February 14 Instagram video of his present, which he also enjoyed by dipping a chip into the tub full of queso.
