The 2025 Super Bowl isn’t the only new program to watch on TV this Sunday.
For most of America, Super Bowl Sunday is tradition. And this year, Fox will be streaming an entire day of football-focused content leading up to the Kansas City Chiefs taking on the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday, February 9.
Not everyone is a sports fan, however, and luckily there are some alternatives. The Puppy Bowl is a staple as animal lovers tune in to see the biggest event yet with 142 rescue dogs from 80 shelters in 40 states and two countries competing on Team Ruff and Team Fluff.

Won’t be home in time to watch? The 2025 Puppy Bowl will be available to stream anytime on Max and Discovery+. Later that day, Fox is shaking things up by giving Rescue: HI-Surf‘s time slot to The Floor after the Super Bowl.

“Immediately following The Big Game on Sunday, February 9 is the season 3 premiere of Fox’s ultimate quiz show The Floor, hosted by Rob Lowe,” read the November 2024 press release. “In the series, which ranks as the No. 1 game show for the second consecutive season, 100 contestants face-off in duels on a giant grid of squares representing their personal field of trivia expertise. The winner of each timed head-to-head trivia battle takes control of their opponent’s square, while the loser goes home. Only one player will dominate The Floor and walk away with a life-changing cash prize.”
