Bianca Censori’s Skimpiest, Most Outrageous Outfits Naked Dresses and More

Bianca Censori shut down the 2025 Grammys red carpet when she wore a naked dress that left nothing to the imagination. While it sent shock waves around the internet, it was only the latest in a long line of less-is-more looks that Kanye West‘s wife, 30, has made her signature.

After tying the knot with West in 2022, the couple are constantly photographed everywhere from Milan to Tokyo in coordinated fashion looks — and Censori has never shied away from flashing skin in surprising ways.

From flesh-colored leotards to mesh bodysuits to latex rompers that plunged to her navel and lots of underwear as outerwear looks – or those that revealed she had on no underwear at all.

She also turned out several statement jackets that stopped traffic, perhaps most memorably the clear, plastic poncho she wore in Los Angeles last May mid-downpour. The complete and total transparency made it clear that she was otherwise naked, save for black wellies as she walked through the rain with Wes, 47, on her arm (who, for his part, weathered the drizzle in a canvas poncho that offered decidedly more protection from the elements).

But it was the couple’s surprise appearance at Milan Fashion Week in February 2024 that made the biggest splash among the style set when Censori turned up on the front row in the designer’s backless leather bodysuit with kinky cutouts that exposed some side boob. She grounded the kinky fit with patent leather in Barbie pink.

As her fashion influence skyrocketed, it triggered a surprising new trend that the fashion media fittingly dubbed “The Bianca Censori Effect,” as celebrities began twinning with Censori in outfits that were directly inspired by her.

From Katy Perry in a Givenchy couture fur coat sans shirt and shredded leggings to Kendall Jenner going pantless in sweaters and black tights to Kristen Stewart rocking an edgy black Cosabella bodysuit to the Love Lies Bleeding premiere in Los Angeles that was nearly identical to the leather Marni look Censori to Fashion Week.
