Paige DeSorbo announced her split from Craig Conover in December 2024 after three years of dating — and their reality TV costars have thoughts.
While The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne confessed to Andy Cohen in January that she doesn’t “know who Craig and Paige are” so she couldn’t weigh in on their split, the same cannot be said for the casts of Summer House and Southern Charm.
After Paige, 32, revealed on her “Giggly Squad” podcast that she and Craig, 35, parted ways over the holidays, her Summer House pals have been all-in on her new single girl era. (Paige later clarified that she broke up with Craig over Thanksgiving weekend in November 2024.)
From our partners:
“I love all versions of Paige,” Amanda Batula exclusively told Us Weekly in January. “I love Paige in a relationship, and I love single Paige.”

She added: “She’s our friend at the end of the day, so whatever makes her happy [we support].”
Meanwhile, Craig’s Southern Charm castmates have revealed they’re not “surprised” by the breakup. Austen Kroll even insinuated that Paige was already onto the next guy.

Ciara Miller
Ciara, 29, exclusively told Us in January during a joint interview with Amanda, 33, that she and Amanda are “on [Paige’s] side no matter what it is” and no matter what “choice and decisions” she makes moving forward.
“Honestly, I’m excited for her to kind of spread her wings outside of this relationship and hit the streets with me,” Ciara confessed, noting that she is also a single lady.
Ciara added that she wants Amanda, who is married to costar Kyle Cooke, to be the ladies’ “wingman” as she and Paige start going out in New York City.
Jesse Solomon
Following a trip to Colombia with his friends, Jesse, 31, posted a series of photos from the getaway via Instagram in January. “Okay this dump is better,” Paige wrote in the comments section.
The social media message inspired one fan to write, “@paige_desorbo @jessesols pls d8 <3.” Jesse hinted that he’s OK with the idea, cheekily replying, “I know what Jesse Solomon would do,” referring to him openly flirting with Paige during season 8 of Summer House even though she was dating Craig at the time.
Amanda Batula
“I’d say I was surprised, not shocked,” Amanda exclusively told Us in February while promoting season 9 of Summer House with her husband, Kyle, 42. “I didn’t react the way the rest of the internet did. But when I did get the text from her, I was like, ‘What happened? Are you OK? Is everything OK?’”
Amanda, who had Paige as one of her bridesmaids, explained that she was unimpressed with how Craig has handled the split publicly, including his choice to unfollow Paige on social media.
“I think it’s a little ridiculous,” she told Us. “I think Craig likes the sympathy from everyone and ultimately, I think what he should have done was clear up the cheating rumors in some regards because she’s really getting a lot of hate for that.”

Looking back, Amanda said because Craig and Paige had “such a long relationship with such history together” she thought he’d approach the split differently.
“You don’t want to piss someone off with Instagram. We’ll see,” she added, noting that Paige is “keeping busy. She has her tour. She’s always filming something or taking photographs or something. She is busy. Her mind is occupied.”
Kyle Cooke
“I was rooting for them,” Kyle confessed to Us in February. “But ultimately, I think they both kind of kept the relationship pretty close to the chest.”
The DJ explained, “I don’t know if there are little red flags on Southern Charm, but I think for the first time ever in the three years that they were dating, she kind of confided in me about some of the challenges they were having. That was a first. I was like, ‘Oh, interesting.’ I always thought it was just rainbows and butterflies.”
Kyle also praised Paige for how she announced the break up, saying, “I listened to her whole podcast and I was like, ‘Wow. She handled that with compassion and grace.’ And I think I felt like there were a couple of things that he said that were clearly trying to tilt the scale a little bit, if you catch my drift. So I don’t know.”

Madison LeCroy
“I don’t need to give him any advice,” Madison, 34, said during a January Amazon Live broadcast, sharing that she told Craig after the split, “You’re going to be a great husband [and] you’re going to be a great dad one day. You have so much to look forward to, like, just be lucky you didn’t already have those things and then go through a breakup.”
She added, “I’m here to hype him up when he’s down — and I’ll do that for anyone really. But they’re still good and I think everything’s going to be fine. I think you guys are taking it a lot harder than they are. I don’t know.”
Molly O’Connell
The Southern Charm season 10 newbie told Nick Viall during the January 16 episode of “The Viall Files” podcast that she had not “checked in” on Craig post-breakup.
“I have sent him a meme or something,” Molly, 37, explained. “I don’t remember what it was. Nothing crazy or flirty or anything. [It was about] a waterslide.” She said she planned to “let him [be]” for now.
Molly added, “I saw the video that he posted, kind of addressing what had happened. He was smiling, but it looked like a pained smile. It was very depressing, so I’m not trying to jump on someone who’s [healing] — and we haven’t been like that in years.”
Austen Kroll
“Was I surprised?” Austen, 37, said during the January 30 episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen when asked about the split. “I mean, I know it’s, like, a block kind of answer, but the writing was on the wall. I knew something was amiss for a month or so before I heard this news.”
Austen, who has had several ups and downs with Craig during their friendship, also alluded to Paige’s negative treatment of Craig during their romance. “I mean, she definitely was the dominant person in their relationship. That’s a nice way of putting it,” he quipped.
When asked if the rumors about Paige dating someone new were true, Austen said it was “not a rumor,” hinting that Paige was romantically involved with a new guy. Paige fired back at Austen’s remarks, writing on WWHL’s Instagram post, “Ahh, yes a man I haven’t spoken to in six months knows exactly what I’m doing.”
Patricia Altschul
“I thought Paige was mean to Craig,” Altschul, 83, claimed during the same January episode of WWHL. “If you think back, Naomie [Olindo] was mean to Craig. I think he deserves somebody who will really love and cherish him because remember he said to her, ‘I want to get married and have kids.’ And she said, ‘Blech.’” (Craig dated Naomie, 32, from 2014 to 2017 and during their relationship, she publicly shamed him for his love of sewing before he went on to create his successful company Sewing Down South.)
Taylor Ann Green
“Craig and I live very close to each other. I always go on walks in his neighborhood, and I was passing by his house so I just shot him a quick text,” Taylor, 30, told Decider on January 31 of her first interaction with Craig post-split. “It wasn’t right after the breakup because I know how that goes. You just get infiltrated with hundreds of people reaching out.”
She recalled messaging him and saying, “Hey, bud, thinking about you, hope you’re doing OK, staying busy, seems like you’re doing just that.” Taylor said Craig replied, “Thanks, Tay. Appreciate it.”
Looking back on the relationship, Taylor said she “wasn’t all that surprised” that it came to an end, even though she thought they were a “very good match.”

Taylor added that she thinks The Bachelor’s Rachael Kirkconnell would be a good match for Craig since Rachael recently split from boyfriend Matt James. Even if Craig doesn’t date the Bachelor Nation star, Taylor told the outlet “he’ll be fine” and most likely marry “whoever he decides to date next.”
Taylor also noted that since Paige is “such a strong woman” she might move on with someone who will “tell her no sometimes,” since that’s the opposite of Craig. “I think she needs a man that’s going to really give it to her,” she said.
