Denise Richards is ready to share a glimpse into her wild family with help from an even wilder reality show.
On Tuesday, February 4, Bravo released the first trailer for Denise Richards and Her Wild Things. In the sneak peek, cameras roll as Denise, 53, spends time with her family and friends including several of her former The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills costars.
“Hey there lady,” Erika Jayne says in one scene as she prepares to have a sit-down meal with her TV enemy. After letting out a nervous laugh, Denise responds “F—.”

Erika, 53, and Denise didn’t see eye-to-eye when they filmed together on RHOBH for seasons 9 and 10. Their feud was reignited in 2024 during season 13 when Erika brought up Denise’s OnlyFans account at a dinner party.

While it’s unclear where Denise stands with Erika today, she also had the opportunity to film with Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Stracke, Kathy Hilton and Camille Grammer for her new show.
Elsewhere in the trailer, Denise struggles to find the balance between being an actress, wife to Aaron Phypers and mom to her daughters Sami, 20, and Lola, 19, who she shares with ex-husband Charlie Sheen. (Denise also welcomed her daughter Eloise, 13, via adoption after her birth in May 2011.)
“I’m just trying to keep the family together and these girls make it so f—ing hard,” Denise says in a confessional. “People think it gets so much easier when they’re older. It gets harder. There is no damn ass f—ing handbook for it that’s for sure.”
Denise first gave fans a glimpse into her family life with the 2008 reality show, Denise Richards: It’s Complicated. At the time, she was navigating a notoriously difficult marriage while raising two young girls.
This time around, life is more complicated and unpredictable than ever before.
“I’m not perfect and they will see I make mistakes,” Denise teased to Us Weekly in December 2024 about her upcoming reality show. “Our family is not perfect by any means, but hopefully they can relate to some things that our family goes through too.”

The former Special Forces contestant also made it clear that this project would not have moved forward if her daughters weren’t on board.
“There were conversations with my older daughters because I wanted to make sure that that was something that they wanted to do because they didn’t have to be part of it. It was a process, but they were on board,” she said. “And I’m like, ‘Alright, Let’s do it. Buckle up and enjoy the ride.’”
