A social media manager from Atlanta, Brown has had Gauff in her corner for years.
“If you guys don’t know who Bailey is, you should go follow her because she’s literally my Alix Earle,” Gauff said in a January 2023 TikTok video, referencing another mega-popular social media star. “I love her content. She’s my friend’s big sister and I love her.”
Per Brown’s own website, she graduated from Georgia’s Kennesaw State University in 2019 with a bachelor of science in public relations and a minor in apparel and textiles. Since graduating, she has signed with modeling agency Select Model Atlanta.
According to her Bachelor bio, Brown is 27 years old and “once took a flight solely for the purpose of leveling up her status with an airline.” She also listed her comfort items as “bread and a heating pad” and dreams of “seeing a polar bear IRL.”
Brown poked fun at her polar bear fun fact via her Instagram Story after it stirred up some confusion.
“WAIT,” Brown wrote on Tuesday. “When I said see a polar bear IRL I meant in the wild on an excursion…ladies and gentlemen I have been to a zoo.”
She added, “But you know what it’s been a few years might need to go to [ATL] Zoo as soon as it gets warm.”

In addition to her friendship with a star athlete, Brown has a storied connection to professional sports.
Brown is the daughter of late NBA referee Tony Brown, who died from pancreatic cancer in October 22 at the age of 55. During his decades-long career in the league, Tony officiated more than 1,100 games.
“I love you and thank you for everything,” Bailey wrote via Instagram in the wake of her father’s death. The post included a video of the pair dancing together near a Christmas tree when Bailey was a young girl.
