Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel: The Exhibition begins its run at the Vancouver Convention Centre East Building on November 19, inviting visitors to experience the 34 frescoes adorning the Vatican ceiling in breathtaking, life-sized close-up. Reproduced with state of the art technology from exclusively licensed high definition photos, the exhibition grants an intimate encounter with such reproductions as The Creation of Adam and the Last Judgement, offering at close range a new way of seeing every detail, colour, and brushstroke of Michelangelo’s iconic and timeless masterwork. Signage and audio guides in multiple languages deepen the experience, which Rome itself couldn’t match in such stunning proximity. The life and the world of the artist come alive through this remarkable and transporting exhibit, which arrives on its world tour after blockbuster stops in cities including Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Sao Paolo, Brisbane, and Montreal.

Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel: The Exhibition is brought to you by SEE Attractions, Inc., the globally renowned, LA-based producers of such fine themed exhibits as Star Trek: The Tour, Tutankhamun: His Tomb And His Treasures, The Titanic Official Movie Tour, The Complete Frida Kahlo Exhibit, The Art of Banksy: Without Limits, and Museum of Failure.
