And her makeup artist dropped in this extra detail for added pop.
Zendaya never misses a beat when it comes to the red carpet, and her appearance at last night’s Bulgari Mediterranea High Jewelry event at the Palazzo Ducale in Venice was no exception.
Dressed to kill in an off-the-shoulder, slinky black satin gown by Richard Quinn, Zendaya called on her glam squad to bring even more drama to her outfit.
From our partners:
And, lucky for us, her makeup artist for the event, Ernesto Casillas, took to his Instagram to let us in on the brief for the event. “I channeled sultry vixen vibes for this face I gave @zendaya using all @lancomeofficial,” he said. We’re still waiting on exact makeup deets, but her golden smoky eye looked like the work of the Lancôme Hypnose Drama Eyeshadow Palette. The golden shade was also dotted into her inner eye corner to add a pretty pop. Her creamy nude lip looked perfect, her brows were lightly groomed and brushed upward into place, and her cheeks were gently sculpted with a soft sweep of blush.
And with her hair up, the showstopping Bulgari serpent choker necklace she wore for the event was able to truly shine.

The event also gave us one of our favorite celeb friendship moments as Zendaya posed alongside Anne Hathaway. The Devil Wears Prada actor picked up where she left off at the Met Gala with another killer Versace gown, complete with a sequin-encrusted hood (because, minimalism is yawn).
Our obsession with both Anne and Zendaya is as strong as ever, so we’re ready for some more fashion and beauty inspo whenever you’re ready, thanks.
